One agent skill, multiple source-grounded brand identities. Installable skill that lets a coding agent retrieve the right design tokens, logos, typography, voice, and surface guidance for the explicitly selected brand — one identity at a time. Pending identities carry no invented design values and never inherit from another brand.
One command, run inside the project where the agent should use the brand knowledge. It works for Agent Skills loaders such as OpenCode and Claude Code:

The CLI verifies the archive digest, writes the skill into the agent's skills
directory, and records the digest in skills-lock.json. Commit that
file so teammates get the same copy. Add --agent claude-code or
--agent opencode to choose the target. Restart the agent afterwards
so it discovers the new skill. List what this host publishes, or refresh an
installed copy after this host is redeployed:

ready describes a usable source snapshot for the listed
capabilities, not an approved brand book. For a pending identity
the skill asks for the missing authoritative input instead of inventing a
palette or borrowing another brand. Retrieval is one brand per request;
select the requested brand explicitly.
